Food Allergies and Finances

Fighting the good fight against food allergies can be very financially hard. Going to several different health food stores, shopping online at different places trying to find ingredients, and constantly looking for good deals adds a lot of extra cost and stress. Interestingly, I just read an article from the NY Times about how it can affect a family. I can now see this firsthand as our grocery bill for each week has nearly tripled. It is true that it takes a toll on one's budget.
